Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, no returns are accepted as we are a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) food manufacturing company. Due to food safety and quality control regulations, we cannot accept returned products once they have left our facility.

If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is received before our manufacturing team has shipped your order, we can cancel and issue an immediate refund. However, once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

If any bottles arrive broken or damaged, please email karen@idrench.com or reach out to us via the chat box on our website. Include your order number, indicate which bottles were affected, and provide clear photos of the damage. Photos are required in order for us to send replacement bottles at no cost.

If photos are not provided, it will be at the full discretion of a drench team member to determine whether a replacement will be issued.
